Flashes of photographers cameras, aroma of sweet smelling fragrances, glitters, hypnotizing glamour, mesmerizing gazes and cheerful laughters ! That's what I witnessed last night as i entered in Peng's Hair and Beauty Clinic grand opening Ceremony. Indeed a grand opening, so grand that I had to get into an argument with an old lady, just about the age of my mother, in order to make room for my lethal yet sleek body. "Look at this photographer, pacing all over my head" she whispered loudly to her equally butterfly looking lady, who was wearing late 1902 high puff hairstyle. And I was like, not sure,whom she meant, but realized she was declaring me a Photographer. Fair enough. Her comment pierced my flush and went straight in my heart. I didn't utter a word, because I knew it was useless to agitate since the place was too small to entertain the huge crowd. I turned to her but said nothing. But my blazing eyes generated so much heat, that it could even melt the magma. Their immediate reaction was, they would hide their faces including over done hair style insides their handbags "Thuud" and vanished. Image those people who had come with greater tummies attached to their bodies. And trust me there were plenty of those. I am sure they must have had quite a tight and fart-squeezing time there. At least from the look on their faces. They knew if they would breath normally , might possible their tommy would give a tummy-butt to next standing old woman, and you imagine the rest of the hilarious scene. 

Jokes apart our crowd needs to behave properly now. Specially camera crew. 

Event was very well decorated, well collected and lined up beauty products, Great interior, beautiful outlook and stunning looking models attired in the most famous designers outfits of the country. Of course not to forget the crowd, it was indeed a good show of showbis people and socialites of the city.

About the Salon 

The Salon has been designed by Peng and celebrated architect/interior designer Naheed Mashooqullah. And spans across four floors, each catering to specific beauty needs. 

The main floor features the cutting edge hair salon, laid back manicure/pedicure lounges followed by the tranquil' Label.m' hair spa. And makeup applications.

Second Floor is dedicated for Guinot' skin-care facials, massages and all body treatments.

The Top Floor of the Saloon houses the official Guinot, and Peng,s Hair and Beauty Clinic, Training Institute-A learning centre for a network of over 800 beauticians trained by Peng's.

What does Peng's hair and beauty clinic do? 

It says, it provides 360 degree solutions for hair and skin. Means you can have all hair, make up and beauty related activities/treatment in the Salon. Fair enough. 

About the owner : 

Peng Qureshi, owner of the Peng's Hair and Beauty Clinic, was a Malaysian woman, very sweet, courteous and smiling lady in her late fifties. Peng left her native country in pursuit of her dreams. She dwelled and gained experience under experts such as Vidal Sassoon, Robert Fielding, Christine Shaw and Wella. With such an extensive foreign exposure and broad beauty and clinic experience it was evident that the lady was a Master in her field. Peng was married in pakistan in 1980, and the same year she debuted her first salon in pakistan.

An other feather to her crown, Peng was bringing in the distribution and training techniques of internationally distinguished brands such as Skin and Body experts 'Guinot Institut, Paris, and Tony&Guy,s professional hair care brands Label.m, London.
