The Noodle House Reception.

Went to the Dolmen Mall , took the escalator and lifted to the Food court area, next to the Fat Burger there was a newly opened restaurant Called The Noodle House. Few guest and it disappointed me, since I was expecting a good crowd. Met with few available guests, and had a quick look to the Red Carpet area, and off i went. I retired unnoticed as i had to attend an important meeting too.
Yes, the First impression went blank !

40 minutes later :
Went to the Dolmen Mall, took the same escalator, lifted high to the Food Court area, marched towards the Noodle House and Behold ! Near about 150 people were occupying the seats inside and nearly 30 people standing outside the Noodle House. Few on the red carpet area and others waiting for the insiders to give them a favor and vacate the seats. lol ... But they didn't know that the inside was a Showbiz community, who would eat to the last morsel. Lol ( Where there is Food, there are is a crowd ).

The Gentleman in the picture was a gem, as generous as a pious man, a man who made 200 people eat food at a time, and food which was highly nutritious and hygienic could not be a usual man like us! "Investment" ?! I say it was not just the investment. It was the goodwill of a person and a positive attitude of a businessman ! My statics say this gentleman will ear million Dollars from his Business !
Crowd : Manners are Taught in Home
Crowd was electrifying, besides the regular faces of every event, and besides those who had come to eat their dinner, who normally held a high head in their routine life were seen stark naked in their manners. Manners are taught in home ! And surprisingly even some of them had brought friends along to eat food ! Hilarious !
Few very decent families who had come in such way as they would come regularly in a restaurant and were the focus of my attention. Even their kids had more Etiquettes than some elders present there. Another surprise some senior citizens were also seen among the crowd, got to be Noodle House lovers !

Kitchen and hygiene :
Another gentleman from the Noodle House management i knew not, introduced himself as Sameer or something and knew me from social site, is worth mentioning here. The man took his time out from his busy run in and run out activity and took me inside the Noodle House kitchen so that i could have a closer look to the making and preparation process. His benefit? Maybe, but manners count a lot.
Food
was fresh, salad as fresh as was fetched straight from some field Lash
green leaves, red carrots, and some other variety of salad leaves.
Hygiene
was, while I was being ducked in the kitchen with my host, a chef
stopped us and asked me to wear head cap so that any of my fragile hair
might not contaminate the food! Fair Enough !
Preparation activity :
Though
i didn't eat anything, was not feeling like, too much food placed
before made you satiety and over done, so was the case with me. But I
could tell through the preparation process, it was finger linking
delicious ! And extensive varsity of Asian and Eastern food would add to
the menu.

My Rating :
My rating about the noodle house food, environment , seating capacity, staff behavior, quick service, menu is 7/10. The area that needs improvement is the interior. Since its next to an other international food chain restaurant which has used bright red color in interior makes the Noodle House look bit moderate in first impression. Hope the noodle House management look into this side too.
