To be honest, its one of the Turn Ons of men. Men like to see women in their feminine get up. It beautifies a woman beauty and makes her look more presentable, elegant and feminist.

I think this is done with some tape.. I did write something about it a while ago.
Take the matt tape, go over it with nailpolish, and then cut out a shape you like and stick it on to your nail, some topcoat over it.
