It wont be an exaggeration if i may say that Shaista Wahidi is the host ( Morning Show ) which set the trend of Morning Shows in Pakistan.
She started her morning show from a reputed channel. Some might take it as an experiment on the part of that channel which trusted on this new comer entity. But that experiment however became a trend setting for Morning Shows in Pakistan. And soon after other channels also follow suit.

There was a time when Shaista alone was the Queen of her Morning Show. She exercised her talkative habit to full extent and attracted a huge number of audience for her channel. Seeing that, other channels, and later, almost all channels started recruiting hosts for their morning shows. And since then this never stoping morning shows race was going on.
Few weeks ago there was a talk of the town hat Shaista got divorced from her husband. Not that alone, there was gossips that she had an affair with a private Channel owner. Probably that must have been the major reason of Shaista,s divorce.
Shaista Wahidi also known Dr. Shaista because of her dentistry degree (BDS), belongs to the city of Lights, Karachi.

Once again Shaista is in the news, and this time, for two sizzling hot news. 1st Shaista is getting married with Mir Shakeel-Ur-Rahman Chief Executive and Editor in Chief of Jang Group of Newspapers, Group Chairman of Geo TV Network. And 2nd : t is said that she is planning to make an appearance on TV dramas. ( Acting ).
Well, good for her, after all showbiz is an addiction, and that addiction can not be eradicated without quenching thrust.
